Students whose leaves are up and who seek reinstatement

Designated dates throughout each semester

- After downloading the required documents from the homepage of the academic information system, fill them

out and submit them to the appropriate department or division.

(Students reinstated after military leave, must attach a certificate of discharge or a discharge schedule.)

- Students who do not take the requisite steps to either extend or reinstate themselves after a leave period

expires will be dismissed.
