Students enrolled for the second semester of the first year (but not earlier) who intend to complete 35 credits

or more by the end of the second semester of the first year with an overall GPA of 3.0 or better.

Designated dates throughout each semester

20% of full entry for each unit of second years

- Selection is made according to best overall GPA among the applicants

(Any student with a GPA of less than 3.0 is ineligible to make a transfer.)

- A test may be given if necessary.

- Not permitted for inter-campus transfers

- Not permitted for day-night

- Transfers to the education field from art majors, general majors or athletics is not permitted.

- Specially admitted students (students admitted under extraordinary circumstances -- e.g. special admission

under an athletics program) and transfer students are not permitted to transfer

- Students permitted to transfer shall pay tuition under their new departments.

- The credits from a previous department shall be processed as general elective courses following confirmation

of the transfer.
