Students scheduled to complete the second semester of the second year (four semesters) and who are scheduled to complete 70 credits or more

Designated dates throughout each semester

Changing majors is only permitted between majors located within the same department

20% of enrolled students in the second semester of the second year for each major (20% each of entry and withdraw)

- Division of Business Administration

- Division of Law

- Division of Public Administration

- All Departments of the College of Education

- Division of Computer Software

- Division of Media Technology

- Division of Music

- Division of Physical Education

- Based on best overall GPA

- In the event of a tie, both students will be selected
